Brick two story apartment building with a quite feel and on-site management. Bus line right out front on Washington Street. Grocery store within walking distance as well as drugstore. Locked building with onsite laundry for fee. Minimum of one year lease required. Tenant pays their own electric bills. 1) Please note the current published monthly rent on Zillow for a 12-month lease. 2) We require first month rent and a rent deposit equal to one month rent at signing. 3) If you are a payee, you will be required to sign the lease as a co-signer and fill out a separate application form with $30 fee. Public/private agency exceptions available. 4) The rent deposit will be return with the security deposit after moveout, after any deductions. Further it will not serve as the last month's rent but a rent deposit for unpaid rent. 5) Required gross income requirement is three (3) times the monthly rent for this apartment. At least one year on the job. Paystub documentation required for proof of income. 6) We do not accept most felons. 7) We do not accept previous evictions. 8) Minimum credit score is 550. 9) Minimum of two (2) years rental history, landlord information, numbers and one year work history required. 10) This is a one-bedroom apartment and limited to two (2) occupants max per County. 11) Renter Insurance is a requirement and JMPLLC listed as interested party. 12) Service animals have additional deposits and fees per month.
