The condo also includes a cozy wood-burning fireplace, with firewood supplied by the HOA. The complex offers a heated outdoor pool and hot tub (seasonal closures apply), common bike and ski storage, plus coin-op laundry located within the building. Two permitted parking spots are included. Please note: grills are not allowed on private decks, but communal gas grills are available by the pool area for resident use.
