The rental fee of $550 includes a private bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet in a shared housing unit. Each bedroom contains a full size bed, desk and chair. The unit is equipped with all kitchen appliances, including washer/dryer and the living room is fully furnished. Utility expenses for electric and water are divided and billed evenly among all tenants each month. Internet is currently provided through the community HOA and is included in the monthly rental fee.
