Large Penthouse apartment unit in the Mona Lisa Apartments with views of Queen Anne, the city skyline, and even the top of Mt. Rainier. Located in Northwest Ballard, this south-facing, light and bright, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is on the top floor of a controlled-access building with an elevator. Pet must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, housebroken, have up-to-date vaccinations, have no history of aggressive behavior, and have favorable landlord references. It's just a 15-20 minute walk to get to downtown Ballard. Renter's insurance with $500K personal liability is required. (Usual cost is less than $20 per month).
