The apartment is a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Bedroom has quite a large/deep closet. Room has plenty of natural lighting. Green foliage surrounds the window outside. Quiet. Has electronic smart window shades. In unit washer/dryer. Plenty of street parking along with a shared carport. You do not share any walls, or floors with any other unit. Upstairs neighbor is super cool and quiet. I've played guitar very loud here for years and never have any issues. Space is roughly 300sqft. Plenty of street parking with a shared carport that at the moment is taken but will be released soon. The location gives you easy access to the highway and canyons. I've been living here for over a decade and quite honestly I believe it to be one of a kind. One of the roommates is home randomly through out the year as he is out traveling most of the time and the other is working long hours in the day. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
