Spring Meadows, a Villa Center - Unclaimed

Holland’s Crissey, Garden, Haven Park, Sandburr Corners and South Hill Park neighborhoods sit in a largely low-rise corner of western Lucas County, with residential streets, open land and convenient access to the wider Toledo area. The climate brings warm summers, cold winters and changeable weather, so outdoor plans shift with the seasons. Maumee State Forest offers nearby trails and wooded scenery, while neighborhood green spaces and playgrounds provide places to get outside; Holland Branch Library is a local resource for books and community programs. Dining and coffee options are mainly casual and spread along the area’s commercial roads, with broader shopping and nightlife available in nearby Toledo suburbs. Residents typically rely on cars for errands and commuting, with regional roads connecting Holland to surrounding communities. The area’s appeal lies in its quieter residential setting alongside practical access to everyday services and outdoor recreation.
