This newly renovated studio boasts original hardwood floors; an updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops with a 2 burner cooktop and ceramic sink; an updated wireless/alexa-responsive ceiling fan with light (not shown here); and a walk-in closet. The charming bathroom features original penny tile, original cast iron tub, and modern hardware. A murphy bed keeps the space open and airy during the day. Can be furnished or unfurnished (current furnishings not displayed in attached photos). **The neighborhood** Established in the 1700s, Harleston Village is dotted with Georgian and Italianate buildings on tree-lined streets. Joggers and cyclists head to the sidewalks and shady trees around Colonial Lake (right outside your doorstep!). To the east, King Street is a hub of upscale boutiques, restaurants, and bars with outdoor patios and a hip vibe. Owner pays for water, trash, sewer; Renter pays for electric and internet. Furnished optional. No smoking allowed. Street parking only (very easy, very close as it is right on Colonial Lake). Rental price negotiable depending on duration of lease term. $35 application fee (through Zillow; no additional if you already have a Zillow app), additional pet rental fee may apply. $2095 deposit, $300 administrative fee, and first month's rent due at signing.
