Adorable, cozy mobile home. Located in the beautiful quiet town of Mont Vernon NH. The mobile home park is very small, quiet and in a great location. You get the small time town, rural feel but just short drive away from market basket and down town Milford. About 30 min drive to both Manchester and Nashua. It is located on a corner lot, all the windows face towards the homes across the street so you can’t see any of the park or other mobile homes from inside the house giving it a more neighborhood feel. Being a corner lot it has a great size yard, the rest of the park has very small lawns. Great starter home for a small family who wants to make sure their kiddos are in a great district. And did I mention Mont Vernon Village elementary school is ranked in the top 5 Elementary schools in NH! Which they attend K-6th grade keeping them in the wholesome small town feel environment longer. Eventually they will then attend Souhegan High school in Amherst which is an amazing school academically and for sports programs. This lot also has two apple trees and a lawn that has been maintained by professionals since the home was delivered and the lot was landscaped back in 2022. It’s been such a fantastic first home for myself and 3 kids. I had it built and delivered brand new at the end of 2021 so we have enjoyed going on our third year here. It will be sad to see it go and to move on. Another thing I personally love about smaller houses is that it forces us to spend a lot of time together as a family which I’ve come to appreciate.
