We have an unfurnished private basement room for rent with its own private bathroom in a quiet, clean, and well-maintained home. Rent is $875 per month and includes all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi. A $875 security deposit and the first month's rent ($875) are required prior to move-in. Month-to-month lease. One person per room. One trained pet only, must follow city regulation and rules. Shared access to the common areas of the home, including the kitchen and laundry facilities. We are looking for a clean, respectful tenant who values a peaceful living environment. NOT 420 friendly. No smoking, vaping, excessive alcohol use, or illegal drug use of any kind. Common Areas: The kitchen, laundry room, and other designated common areas are shared spaces and must be kept clean after each use. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful living environment for all occupants. Visitors: Reasonable daytime visitors are welcome, provided they are respectful of the property and other occupants. Parking: Parking is available only in designated areas as assigned by the landlord. Maintenance: The tenant agrees to maintain the rented room in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly report any maintenance issues. Background Screening: All applicants must successfully pass a background and credit check and provide employment verification before occupancy. Lease Violations: Failure to comply with the terms of this agreement may result in termination of the tenancy.
