Dog and cats are welcome with a 2 pet Max and a $300 upfront nonrefundable fee per pet. Showing / tour set up with an appointment Monday - Friday 9 to 4 pm. If some else is needed I will try to make it work. Yearly lease that includes water, sewer, trash, lawn mowing, furnace filters, bug spray. Landlord will come by about every 4 months with a furnace filter replacement and check items around the home. 2 pet maximum with an upfront nonrefundable fee of $300 per pet. Parking in the gravel areas only. Security deposit is $1450 plus first month's rent $1050, so $2500 needed to be approved and move in without pets. Add $300 per pet fee max 2 pets. $40 per applicate fee for credit and background check.
