Landlord will come about every 4 months with a filter replacement and check items around the home. 2 pet maximum with an upfront nonrefundable fee of $300 per pet. Parking in the gravel areas only. Security deposit is $1250 plus first month's rent $850, so $2100 needed to be approved and move in without pets. $40 per applicate fee for credit and background check.
