Rent includes all essential utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer), township trash services and professional lawn maintenance. Monthly rent is also inclusive of mandatory cleaning to maintain the 2026 refurbishments. For long-term stays, a security deposit is required. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Property is generally a pet-free environment. Tenants must provide proof of Renter's Liability Insurance prior to move-in. While the property is offered furnished, modifications to the furniture layout are negotiable; however, any removal or storage of existing furniture may incur an additional service fee.
