APPLICATION POLICY FOR FAIRFIELD ESTATES We rent on a first come first serve policy to applicants who meet our rental criteria. Our criteria is as follows: The remodel should be completed by April 1st. There are no holds. If you are interested in the rental and you pass the background check the deposit must be paid right away, $625. If you are still interested after the showing, EACH adult that will be residing in the house, will need to fill out an application for an extensive credit/criminal background check. You will also need to pay a non-refundable $30 application fee which will cover the cost of a criminal background/credit check. Please submit your last 4 paystubs and contact information for your previous landlords for the last 5 years. Must have no pets (other than ESA or Service Animals with notarized letter from a certified professional) Landlord pays for trash and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for water and electric.
