Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. Located in the family-friendly Knights Hill Community, guests have access to a lovely beach area, including a pet-friendly waterfront, two tennis courts, and pristine adult and kiddie pools. The property is conveniently situated just minutes from Shawnee Peak and an hour from Sunday River, offering excellent skiing opportunities. Snowmobile trails and ice fishing are practically at your doorstep. The waterfront area is less than a mile away on Moose Pond, and the property offers a nice level lot around the cottage. The chalet is equipped with a drilled well, cable and Wi-Fi, a wood-burning fireplace, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker (drip). A laptop computer is not included.
