We have a 12x10 foot room available for rent in our comfortable 2000 square foot house. The room is conveniently located right next to a bathroom, making it easy to access. The room has a small built in closet. The house is shared with us, a friendly brother and sister in our 30s. Our home features a fenced-in backyard, perfect for enjoying some fresh air or for pets to play. Speaking of pets, we have a cat but are open to welcoming other animals as well. We are 420 friendly, have an in-home laundry room and large basement we currently use as a computer / game room. We are about 20 minutes from the Denver International Airport (DIA) or 30 minutes to downtown Denver.
