SHORT-TERM RENTAL [Available for approximately mid/end of December 2026 to end of December 2027, exact dates have some flexibility] Recently renovated, beautiful home sanctuary perfect for a couple working from home or a family. Located less than 10 minutes from UNC's campus and across from the Carolina North Forest in a family-friendly neighborhood, Ironwoods, where many UNC faculty also live. A 12-minute walk to free UNC buses and 2-minute drive to Chapel Hill YMCA. Bedrooms: - One master suite on the ground-level, along with an additional bedroom we occasionally use as a guest bedroom. - Upstairs are two additional bedrooms that we currently use as children's bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, although one of the beds pulls out into a double bed. Bathrooms: - Two recently renovated bathrooms downstairs (including master with a shower and separate soaking tub), and one entirely new bathroom with oversized tub and shower. Plus a half-bath downstairs, off the kitchen, for guests. Office: - Large home office complete with Google Fiber Internet, printer for use, Apple monitor. We also have an office nook in the living room that is used as a second work space. - Office has a queen-sized pull-out couch for guests, plus an exercise bike. Living spaces/Bonus room: - Spacious and open downstairs living area, with 65" Samsung frame TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime video, Apple TV for your use while here. - A bonus room upstairs, which we currently use as a children's play area. Kitchen/Dining - Brand new kitchen with GE Cafe Matte White Appliances - double oven, induction stove with air fry functionality. Refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, hot water boiler, water filter, precise water fill. 3-rack dishwasher. Butler's pantry with with dual-zone wine/beverage fridge and burr coffee grinder. Kitchen comes fully equipped with Instapot, vitamix blender, and everything else a home cook would need.
