Includes a kitchen - fridge, electric stove, microwave, kitchen table - couch, coffee table, queen bed (optional) - laundry (only thing shared), large living room, large bedroom (I'm willing to buy a small closet), nice bathroom with beautiful updated penny-tile floor, separate entrance and your own outdoor sitting area. Hot tub access negotiable. No cats, non barking dog considered. Only solo people please apply (two people would be too many). I live in the separate upstairs unit. I think market rate is about $1500pm plus utilities. But because I'm noise sensitive and like quiet, I'm discounting it to $1190pm plus utilities for the right person.
