Smoking is permitted outside the unit; however, since the smell of cigars or tobacco can penetrate the walls, residents are advised to smoke outdoors. Tenants are fully responsible for all unwanted furniture left in or in front of the unit. Any disposal of furniture improperly managed on the property is prohibited. The building is equipped with security cameras, which facilitate the identification of individuals responsible for trashing the premises. Violations will result in a warning for the first offense, with subsequent violations incurring fines and official notices.
