I'm looking for someone to replace my roommate starting March 27th. She is moving out because she bought an apartment. The vacant room is Large with its own full bathroom and walk in closet. The apartment has its own washer & Dryer and a large balcony with a nice view. The apartment building has recently renovated the front lobby, lounge and patio area on the first floor. There is also a newly renovated gym. Other amenities include; indoor pool, mini theater, nail salon, hair salon, shoe repair, and they are currently redoing the attached convenient store. It is located right in between Virginia Square and Ballston metro stations on the orange line. A little about myself, I'm a young professional in my late 20's working for an architectural firm and currently studying for my registration exams to get my license in architecture. I'm pretty laid back and clean, I like to cook and get out on the weekend for a drink and some dancing. during the week I'm pretty busy with work, studying and going to the gym. Some weekends I can be a house cat and stay in for a movie night or to binge watch a TV show with a bottle of wine. I'm looking for someone who is outgoing and respectful of others' space. Someone who is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and reliable for paying the rent on time. If you do have a car, it would be $150 to park in the garage for the second car. So we can negotiate the price, the first car is $50...don't know why, but I understand if you'd rather split it even $100.
