Mid Term Lease for winter season 2025-2026 rental with lease term beginning as early as Nov 15th and ending as late as April 15th. For term period begin / end dates falling outside of the intended lease term window, please discuss with owners. The house will accomodate up to six full time occupants and two guests. There are two garage parking spaces and two uncovered parking spaces directly in front of the garage bays. Monthly rent includes a $500 utility allowance (for elctricity, gas, sewer/water, trash, internet). Snow plow service is included but subject to contractor schedule and terms. The Security deposit equal to one month's rent, will be held by owners until the end of the lease term. $500 will be withheld for cleaning fee. Additional charges may be withheld for utility usage exceeding the monthly utility allowance and or for any losses or damages.
