Bus transportation available to local area businesses, schools etc. To apply for residency in our community you must provide the following documents: Driver's License(s), Social Security Card(s) and your two most recent pay stubs, award letter from SSI or three consecutive months of a bank statement. The application fee is a $50 non-refundable fee (payable in the form of a money order made payable to Red Run Park or credit card) per person over the age of 18. Your income must be 2.5-3 times what the rent is in one-month (gross income) and your credit score 675 or better and nothing on your background, be employed for at least six (6) months.
