Your income must be 2.5-3 times what the rent is in one-month (gross income) and your credit score 675 or better and nothing on your background, be employed for at least six (6) months. I make appointments between 8:30-4:15, Monday-Friday. Resident pays utilities-lot rent $565.00 + $3.00 school tax, water, sewer and trash are included, rent of $865.00 includes the lot rent.
