If you do not sign the waiver, we have the right to cancel the reservation without a fee. You will not be allowed to access the property unless this document is signed, as this is required by our insurance. A starter pack of amenities is provided inside the home, including a fresh paper towel roll, a new roll of toilet paper per bathroom with extras left under the sink, hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, a new sponge, dish soap with three dishwasher tabs, a set of travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per bathroom, a few trash bags with one in the can upon arrival, and three laundry pods for the washer and dryer.
