My roommate and I are looking for one or two people to sublet our apartment to. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom upstairs apartment on J street at The Spokes. It's available for the 2020-2021 academic year, starting September 1st and ending the following year. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from downtown Davis and is 1.5 miles from the UC Davis campus. The UniTrans E line bus stop is located right in front of the apartment which takes you to downtown Davis/Memorial Union. The L line is only 2 blocks down the street and takes you to the Silo on school campus. The unit is in a tranquil neighborhood with light to moderate street traffic. Grocery stores, such as SaveMart and Safeway, are about a mile and a half to two miles away (respectively). Amtrak is also only about a mile and a half from the apartment. The rent is $640/month per roommate if you plan on sharing, and $1380 as single. The original rent is $1680 however we are offering a rebate incentive worth $300. Utilities not included, but WIFI included, comes furnished (with basic furniture), washer and dryer available on unit, and pool access. There are two beds included since it is a 1x1 double, however the two can be combined to make one or used for guests. Feel free to PM if interested!
