The Barber Shop built in 1910 is a traditional barbershop that is located in downtown Selma. We are looking to maintain the history that has been passed down for the last few generations, however we would like to work with the tenant to update within boundaries to keep the history. The building currently has two barber chairs, 3 barber sinks and one bathroom. The unit is heated by gas and cooled with a built in air conditioner unit
