Property is managed by the owners and not by a property management company. We have a couple of other rental properties in town and take pride in treating our tenants with respect, ensuring their needs are met.

If landlord and prospective tenant mutually agree to move forward with a lease agreement, each adult tenant must consent to and agree to pay $50 for a credit and criminal background check conducted by a third-party screening service (TransUnion Smartmove). Landlord does not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report supplied by the tenant.
Owner pays water/sewer/garbage/irrigation/snow removal. Tenant pays electricity. Pets negotiable with meet-and-greet, additional pet deposit, and monthly pet rent.
