Must meet rental criteria earn 3x monthly rent, as well as pass credit and background check. You will be added as a "roommate" to my original lease. and sign a separate agreement with me assuming liability for all rental charges and damages while you maintain the residence. You will be responsible to pay for electric, gas, & water.
