Security Deposit: Depends on the length of stay and will be collected with first month's rent. This deposit is refundable* when the property is returned in the condition it was received. *Cleaning Fee: There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $450, which will be deducted from the security deposit upon return. Long Term Stays of 6+ Months: Tenant can choose to hold utilities in their name for a reduced rent rate TBD at the time of lease signing.
