The house is furnished as seen in the photos, including extra bed linens, towels, blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, and some starter toiletries. Pets: We do consider pets on a case by case basis. There is a pet fee of $50/pet/per month with a non-refundable $150 initial deposit per pet. Limit of 2 pets only. Security Deposit: Depends on the length of stay and will be collected with first month's rent. This deposit is refundable* when the property is returned in the condition it was received. *Cleaning Fee: There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $450, which will be deducted from the security deposit upon return. Long Term Stays of 6+ Months: Tenant can choose to hold utilities in their name for a reduced rent rate TBD at the time of lease signing. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom upstairs, each floor having its own luxury full bathroom. There is also a BONUS ROOM upstairs that can be turned into a 4th bedroom, office, playroom, or an amazing oversized closet. The beautiful, fully equipped, kitchen features QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS, full size appliances and a WINE FRIDGE. It is loaded with pots, pans, plates, utensils and everything you need to prepare meals. The WASHER AND DRYER are located on the main level and there is plenty of storage in the basement and detached garage. Enjoy some outdoor time on the back patio and plug in the cafe string lights to set the ambience! Our home is conveniently located near Highway 70 and 364. Just minutes away from shopping and dinning in Historic French Town, on Main Street and at the Streets of St. Charles. We are close to several major hospitals and Lindenwood University too!
