Refrigerator, washer and dryer included. If you have your own, you can use those instead. Unfinished sun room. New blinds. Ceiling fans. Freshly painted. This was a home my family lived in and would like someone respectful to the property. Pets are welcome but no destructive animals please. New AC recently installed and just had all vents cleaned. This home stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We are nice landlords and stay out of your business. No garage, covered carport and plenty of street parking. *The fence in the front yard is no longer there due to the last renters dogs destroying it. One year lease. One month deposit and first month rent. I don't require renters insurance but highly recommend since a decent policy is only $20 a month.
