Private, fenced, large back patio with seating for 14. BBQ, two tables. Nice, quite, breezy because it's close to the ocean. Near Huntington Beach (national beach is 3 minutes away; the pier is a 10-minute drive). Relocating to the area? This property is perfect. Experiencing an insurance issue in your home? This property is perfect. In between homes? Again, this property is perfect. Lots of kids in the little neighborhood. Biking distance to beach for you surfers and beach lovers. Paths take you there so you don't have to ride on the street. VERY UNIQUE PROPERTY!! Large open yard next to the property open to you to use. Pets welcome, but let's talk about it first.
