Tri met is 1.5 miles away, downtown Milwaukie and Farmer's market is 2 miles away and only 3 miles to the heart of the trendy Sellwood District. Rent would be $1900 plus $200 (for 2 adults and 1 child - $50 per month for each additional person) for utilities which, gas, electricity, water, garbage, wifi, and streaming services including Netflix, Disney, and YouTube TV.
