4 bedroom home. Renting the large den area with a door of its own and private entrance. Bathroom is shared. This is a large room with lots of storage space. Right now this is used as an office/storage area but if rented all will be removed. If you need a bed and dresser I have a twin bed that can be used. Specifically looking for a woman roommate as I am a single woman. We just put a pool and trampoline out back. Rent will include internet & basic utilities. Must pay for and pass a background check. No deposit is required just the 1st months rent to hold , unless you are bringing a pet. No smoking inside. No parties. Quite time 10pm-8am
