Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available, and the hot tub follows the same availability. This pool and hot tub are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
