I think the building charges something like $300 as a move-in fee. I think there's a charge for a entry fob. You'll have to arrange with them. (Their office is in the lobby.) The shared laundry (on the 1st floor) has an easy-to-use phone app and the washer/dryer costs are very reasonable. No pets allowed.
