The building is in the Grosvenor Park complex on 355 (Rockville Pike) and a five minute walk from Grosvenor Metro. There's a gym and laundry room downstairs, and a nice, big pool out back. Plenty of parking, with option to rent a space in the underground lot. The wonderful Grosvenor Market is one building over. The management has been GREAT about handling things during the pandemic, requiring masks, and keeping everyone safe. The unit is on the 3rd floor, windows facing west. dogs ok if documented service. Utilities included. Non-smoking building.
