Camp Fernwood, on historic Anderson Island, is a cozy a-frame updated with charming vintage decor and comfortable, quality furniture. The a-frame is cabin-vibes in spirit but more lake-cottage in practice, with a friendly neighborhood atmosphere on a paved residential street in the Riviera Community HOA. Neighbors are close by and within view. Travel to Anderson Island on a short ferry ride out of charming Steilacoom on the south Puget Sound. The a-frame is a quick 5-minute drive from the ferry dock, in the Riviera Community, and includes access to Lake Florence. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for electricity, garbage collection, propane (optional), and internet.
