Very spacious furnitured room with lots of light and space. Has a nice size closet and extra space for storage. You would share a bathroom with one person and have acess to another share bathroom if needed. The room is located on the 2nd floor with scenic views of nature. Simple act like an adult, treat others how you want to be treated. If you damage it beyond regular wear and tear you are responsible for paying for it. Would prefer someone looking for a 12 month lease
