Basement has its own entrance and could be used as a apartment for that special grandma or grandfather who wants their own space or older kids. 1year lease or longer. Renter will responsible for electric, water and HOA fees. Pets will be considered by case by case bases and will require an additional no refund one time pet deposit depending on type of pet and how many. First months rent and security deposit required before actual move in. Also 25$ non refundable application fee. Applications will be provided by owner at viewings.
