The main floor boasts a Santa Fe styled stucco electric fireplace in the living room along with 2 full sized couches and a Smart Tv. The kitchen, also on the main floor, is fully stocked with dinner ware, cookware, bakeware and other kitchen essentials. Starter coffee supplies are complimentary. Two bedrooms are located in the upstairs of this split level duplex, the third bedroom is located in the basement. The bathroom is on the upper level and has a tub/shower combination. While the apartment is cooled by a central a/c unit, there are supplemental window units installed in the upstairs bedrooms in the warmer months. A laundry room is also located in the basement. It is equipped with washer/dryer, ironing board/iron and a starter amount of laundry detrgent. The kitchen sliding door opens up to a patio space with outdoor seating, a picnic table and a grill. The back patio has privacy panels, an outdoor dining table. There is a large yard with lots of grass area. A childrens pack n play , and a booster seat is stored in the lower level bedroom closet. The backyard directly behind this side of the duplex is accesible to the guests, as well as the front yard on the north side of the duplex.
