That's roughly $200 per month that you don't have to pay. Included is a One Car Garage which measures 13' by 19'. There is also a 7' X 9' storage unit at the back of the garage. The Apartment is located on the second story and has views of the bay. Access is by a stairways on either end of the building. The bedrooms are large with large closets and extra storage. The apartment is insulated with double paned windows, gas wall heat and gas water heat and has very low utility bills.. The place is warm and clean. Laundry is a coin-op on site.
