We are a family run business and do not charge a fee to apply! We collect money only when you sign a rental contract! Included is a One Car Garage which measures 13' by 19'. There is a 6 X 8 storage room at the back of the garage as well. The Apartment is located on the third story and has nice views of the bay. Access is by two stairways on either end of the building. Please take this into consideration as there is no elevator. The bedrooms are large with large closets and extra storage. The apartment is insulated with double paned windows, gas wall heat and gas water heat and has very low utility bills.. The place is warm and clean. Water, Sewer, Garbage, Recycling and Yard Service are all paid.
