Watching the kids play out in the yard and climbing around in what we call the 2-story Tree House thats not a treehouse is the highlight of my time here. It got its name because it was built amongst all the trees. Ive enjoyed lounging on the porch admiring all of the flowers (Sun Flowers, Roses, Tiger Lilies, Green Roses, Violets, Hyacinth, Honeysuckle). It has been fun walking out to pick a peach from the Peach Tree or cherries from the Cherry Tree, grab a handful of grapes from the Grape Vines and make pies with pecans from the Pecan Tree. If you think fruit is good from the store, just imagine how sweet it is fresh from the back yard. I also pick onions from the Egyptian Onion Garden when I am ready to make a savory meal. It has been so peaceful and somewhat isolated out here. I have also avoided paying high property taxes since we are outside the City Limits. It is time for you to get the chance to make memories here now. There is room to park an RV and is approximately 7 miles from Downtown Waco. A/C replaced in 2018, Water Heater and Dishwasher replaced in 2017.
