The apartment has been recently renovated and has been awesome to live in so far, and the landlady is responsive and helpful. Roommates are very nice, quiet, clean and don't smoke. The room is available to move in April 10th. Rent is $575 per month for the available room, but will be prorated for the partial month of April.
