You are about a 70 foot walk to the base of the walk bridge to UNL Main campus! There is off-street parking for three vehicles and a nice fenced in backyard. (Note: I do sometimes use the parking during home football games, but will ensure you have parking for your cars also.) The place has a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher. It has central air. Washer and dryer included. The upstairs bedroom is gigantic! It has newer carpet on the main floor bedrooms, so I am looking for someone who will take good care of it. This unit is clean, so definitely no smoking and no cats. I will entertain a dog with a deposit and monthly pet rent. I do require a rental application and I check all references to include previous rental history, employment and potentially criminal and credit histories. The deposit is equal to one months rent I am a communication oriented landlord and am looking for a good and responsible tenant who is respectful of their neighbors.
