I have a one bedroom top-level apartment for rent in the North Bottoms super close to the walk bridge to UNLs main campus. It has its own separate entrance from the back side of the house. There are two other apartments in the house currently rented. The apartment has its own separated entrance. There is off-street parking available off of the alley (For home football games, we will need to move your car up on the yard or I have other places to park in the neighborhood if you need 'come and go' access. Heating is electric. It has a newer large AirConditioner. The cooking range is natural gas. It has newer carpet, so I am looking for someone who will take good care of it. This unit is clean, so definetly no smoking, no cats, no dogs. I do require a rental application and I check all references to include previous rental history, employment and potentially criminal and credit histories! Sorry no Section 8. The deposit is equal to one months rent. Utilities are billed separately by the landlord and average about $80 per month. That includes water, sewer, gas, electricity, and internet. The lease will end May 31, 2021 with the option of a year-to-year renewel there after. Most importantly, I provide free laundry (no coin-op) in the building. All I ask is for you to treat the machines gently with small loads, not let friends use them, and clean up after yourself.
