Many scoial activities geared towards children are presented by the social commitee volunteers and funded by the home owners association. There are a minimum of 3 parties put on by the social commitee including a holiday party where Santa arrives and hands out presents, a Holloween party with many activities, and a spring party where they rent a dunk tankl and bounce house or obstacle course. Its a great family oriented place to raise kids.
