this property is presently rented,But will be available on Oct.1 st. My present tenant found a listing in another area. She is giving property on the 30th of this month. She maintains the house so I do not feel there should to much to fix or clean. The property has good size bedrooms and have ceiling fans. The house has central ac and heat. The cabinets and granite countertops were installed about a year and a half ago. One car garage with garage door opener.The house has a screened in porch and fence (chain link) . I do permit small pets, but no medium or large dogs (please do not ask). It is a quiet area and about 2 miles from exit 108 of I-4. Shopping facilities are about 1/2 mile away from property. If you have had evictions please be honest I check. I do not rent rent to a roommate situation.If you want to drive by okay but please do not ask my tenant to show the property (i respect my tenants privacy). I take information from my tenants and try to select the best tenant, I do not make fast decisions. I will be honest, if I see that I am not renting to someone, I will be upfront.
