this home has just been paint inside and out. New cabinets and granite count tops. Kitchen has microwave, smooth top range and side by side refrigerator. Central ac unit thru out the whole house. Tiled floor thru out the entire home. Screen porch with a chain link fence. i car garage has a garage door opener but do not supply remote. Laundry in the garage area. Room sizes are good size I believe the small room is 15 x 12 and master a little bigger. Good closet space for master has a closet about 12 feet wide. New ceiling fans in bedrooms. The remodeling is about 95 percent complete at the moment and is in presentable condition tight now but hope to have completed by the 15 th or before. do permit pets but only SMALL dogs and cats. The limit is 3 person for this home and do not want more than that. I am looking for the right renter. I post this listing 2 weeks ago and withdrew it after 4 days for I got over 30 responses and have not found the right renter yet. I am picky and rather have the house un-rented for months before I get the wrong renter in there. If you have had prior evictions please do not apply, I have had some bad experiences and learned my lesson. I require the first month rent and one month security deposit. On the second month of tenant pay even i day early I apply a $50 discount so if you are responsible the rent could go down to $950 a month.
