Gorgeous coastal cottage in a lovely, historic neighborhood. Very walkable--the grocery store, coffee shops, vintage stores, and downtown Coos Bay are all within walking distance. This is an adorable two bedroom with one bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Plenty of storage in both closets as well as a large armoire for hanging clothes and drawers for storage. There is a TV with Roku access and a mini-split for both heating and cooling. The backyard is huge and magical and the front yard is full of flowers. All utilities are included in the monthly price and there is a washer/dryer and dishwasher included as well. Looking for month-to-month or temporary rentals. I am an SLP taking a travel contract in a different state and will be back to the area in June of 2025. I would prefer to start with a 3 month rental term with option to extend.
