The location is great, with Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Costco, Indian stores, and the Beaver Creek shopping complex all very close by. House is very well maintained with a deep cleaning services taken for every month. The Neighborhood is great with mix population and school districts is quite an impressive one. The amenities that include are swimming pool, visitors parking services, definitely pet friendly neighborhood with sidewalks in it. The lease duration is 1 year. If any damage occurs, the renter will be responsible. A deposit equal to one month's rent will be collected in advance. Rent must be paid on the 1st of every month, and no pets allowed. Proper maintenance of the property is required.
